How claiming works

  1. Find your practice. Every CQC-registered London practice already has a page. Browse by borough or search to find yours.
  2. Claim it. On your practice page, choose "Claim this listing" and give us four things: your name, your role, your email and a direct phone number. That's the whole form.
  3. We verify by phone. Within one working day we ring your practice on its published number and ask for you by name. It takes two minutes. Nobody can claim a practice they don't work at, which is what makes the Verified badge worth having.
  4. You're live. The "Verified by the practice" badge goes on your listing. From then on you email us updates - hours, fees, treatments, photos (with consent for anyone shown), and your dentists with their GDC numbers - and we apply them within two working days.

There is no login and no dashboard to learn. Claiming is free, and it stays free.
